It's as easy as...Step 1
You can view our stock online with real images and accurate descriptions of the Caravans. If you are unable to find your ideal model, you can email us at [email protected] with your requirements and we will check our list of models due in.
Contact [email protected] with details of the caravan you like. If you are wanting to pair some Caravans up we can advise what works well together in a container and we can use our knowledge of Caravans to advise what usually sells well in your country. You can also let us know if you require a Starter Pack with the caravan.
Starter Packs are £180 and they include; 25m Mains cable, Durable step, 40ltr Aqua-roll, 40ltr Wastemaster, Exterior waste pipe connectors, Chemical loo pack, Front hitch cover, (You will need to source locally a leisure battery and gas bottles)
You will receive your caravan quote and any extra details needed about the caravan. We can also send video walk through tours to help you visualise the caravan.
If you're happy with the deal, then with your approval, we will pass your details to our approved shipping company who will contact you with details of the packing and shipping costs. Unlike many dealers, there is no margin added by us to the shipping costs and you are free to seek alternative quotes from other shippers if required.
Once you are happy to proceed we will raise a invoice to you and set to work preparing the caravan through our workshop. Preparation includes a Full PDI check, interior valet and exterior valet.
Once a shipping date is confirmed, we will require full payment prior to one of our experienced drivers delivering the caravan to the shipping agents . On arrival, a video of the caravan will be taken and sent to you so you can be safe in the knowledge that your caravan has arrived safely.
It's as easy as that, the caravan is on the way to you.
On arrival, the shipping company will manage any local customs clearance and assist with any duty and tax procedures if applicable. Depending on the regulations in the destination Country, modifications/testing of the gas/mains system may be required. As regulations change so frequently, we advise customers to seek advice on what is required in their Country.
