Step 2
Contact us with your chosen model

Contact info@adwickcaravans.co.uk with details of the caravan you’re interested in. We can advise on pairing caravans for container transport and share our expertise on what typically sells well. If needed, you can also request a Starter Pack for £180, which includes a 25m mains cable, durable step, 40L Aqua-roll, 40L Wastemaster, exterior waste pipe connectors, chemical loo pack, and front hitch cover (you’ll need to source a leisure battery and gas bottles locally).

Step 3
Receive Your Motorhome or Caravan quotation

You will receive a detailed caravan quote along with all the additional information you may need. To help you better visualise your chosen caravan, we can also provide video walk-through tours, giving you a clear, close-up view of every feature before making your decision.

Step 4
Shipping quotation

If you’re happy with the deal, then with your approval, we will pass your details to our approved shipping company who will contact you with details of the packing and shipping costs. Unlike many dealers, there is no margin added by us to the shipping costs and you are free to seek alternative quotes from other shippers if required.

Step 5
Make Your Decision

Once you are happy to proceed with the purchase of the motorhome or caravan, we will raise an invoice to you and set to work preparing the caravan through our workshop. Preparation for your caravan export includes a Full PDI check, interior valet and exterior valet.

Step 6
Delivery & Shipping

Once the shipping date for your caravan import to New Zealand is confirmed, full payment is required before one of our experienced drivers delivers the caravan to the shipping agents. A video will be taken on arrival to confirm safe delivery. Our partner export shipping company will manage local customs clearance and assist with any duty or tax procedures. Depending on regulations, modifications or testing of the gas/mains system may be required, so we advise customers to check current New Zealand requirements.
